These terms apply when you use Parallax Downloader at downloader.parallax.kr, a service run by Parallax AI, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older
The service is only for people who are at least 18 years old. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
What the service does
Parallax Downloader reads public posts on Instagram and X when you give it a link, and lets you save the photos, videos and GIFs those posts already show to anyone. It does not unlock private, deleted or restricted content, and it never logs in to any account.
Personal use only
Files you save are for your own private viewing, for example to watch offline. Copyright in each post stays with its creator. Sharing, reposting, editing or selling a file requires the permission of the person who owns it.
What you must not do
Do not use the service to infringe anyone's rights, to collect content in bulk, to harass or track people, or to get around the limits of the service with scripts or automated tools. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use any file you download and for following the laws that apply to you and the rules of Instagram and X.
Removal requests
Rights holders can ask us to stop serving a post or an account through the help center. When we accept a request, the content can no longer be fetched here. Details are on the Copyright and removal page.
Availability and limits
The service is free and offered as it is. We may limit how many requests you can make, ask for an automated check, or change or stop the service at any time. Instagram or X can also change their sites in ways that stop downloads from working.
Independent service
Parallax Downloader is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms or X Corp. Their names are used only to describe which links work.
No warranty and limited liability
We provide the service without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Parallax AI, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you or others use downloaded files.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
