Copyright and removal requests

Please read these points before saving anything. They explain whose content it is, what you may do with it and how a creator can ask us to stop serving their work.

   Creators own their content

   Every photo, video and GIF remains the property of the person who made it. Saving a file does not give you any rights to it. Keep downloads for personal use, such as watching offline.

   Ask before you share

   Do not repost, re-upload, edit, redistribute or use a downloaded file commercially unless the creator has given you permission.

   Public posts only

   We only read posts that anyone can see without logging in. Content from private accounts, and posts hidden from logged out visitors, cannot be fetched.

   The service does not store your links or files

   The service does not store the links you paste or the files you save, does not connect them to you and does not write them to its application logs. Results are cached for ten minutes at most under the post ID and then discarded. Our hosting providers (Vercel and Google Cloud) keep access logs that include requested addresses and IP addresses for their standard retention periods.

   Adults only

   You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, as stated in our Terms of Service.

   Not affiliated with Instagram or X

   Parallax Downloader is an independent service. It has no connection to Instagram, Meta or X and is not endorsed by them.

7. 7

   Removal for rights holders

   If you own a post or an account and do not want it available here, contact us at cs.parallax.kr. Once a request is confirmed we block that post or account, and it can no longer be fetched through the service.

How to send a removal request

Open a 1:1 inquiry in the help center and include the link to the post or account, a short explanation of your rights to it and how we can reach you. We review every request and reply by email.
